We guarantee satisfaction with any purchase you make from us. If you have a problem with any purchase you make from us contact us within 24
hours of the arrival of your gecko. We will strive to resolve any problem you may have, and we pride ourselves on our customer service. We
guarantee you will receive healthy top notch geckos with every purchase. We also guarantee the sex of any gecko purchased unless it is purchase
as a temp sexed animal and not a visibly sexed animal, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping
We ship over night via UPS Monday-Wednesday (shipping cost is $45). We will ship with either heat packs or cold packs depending on temperature, and in some
cases shipments may be held due to weather here or the weather at the destination.

Payments
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. We accept paypal or money orders. We will accept a 25% deposit of the cost of the reptile to
put the animal on hold. All geckos will be held for only two weeks with a deposit and it must be paid in full before that two weeks is up or the
deposit is forfeited and the gecko is again up for sale.
